Watch out for viper venom. The gal running this romp truck stoppe is deviously decisive. She decides if you thirst for her, then we felt she kicked us out. Do not be a begin to comfortably park anywhere near. She’s into something else it seems. No complaints here

303. We've been renting units at BR for years and

303 is the worst unit we've ever encountered and that has motivated me to leave this negative review. Renters beware! The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. They are hard with squeaky springs that press into your back due to a lack of padding on top. Don't think the pull-out sofa bed will be a good alternative for bedding because it's pathetic even for pull-out sofa beds. NOTE TO OWNER - If you want people to come back again, stop torturing them with your beds. Other complaints are the bathroom light fixtures(burnt out, mismatched bulbs), shower rods(rusted) and decaying shower wands(see the pics). This is for both bathrooms! It's not unusual for the cookware in these rentals to show wear and tear but these are the worst. We cooked our eggs in a sauce pan because it was the only pan that didn't have scratched/gouged and rusty teflon surfaces. There's excessive dust buildup on the light fixtures, holes in the walls and frozen water building up in the freezer. This is inexcusable for what they charge for renting & cleaning. I know that the cleaning crew and property management are aware of these short comings - how could they not be? This could be one of the best units at BR for a minimal investment.

I came with my family to have some fun around the area but we didn’t expect our hotel to be like this. We walked in and it immediately smelled like cigarettes and we stayed in a smoke free room. The room service is very nice but for the 6 days we were here no one cleaned our room while we were out. Our beds smelled like urine and our dog got sick after one night of sleeping in. Overall it wasn’t the worst.
